Welcome Reception – Wednesday, 5 June 2024
Our welcome reception on the first day of the conference is the perfect way to kick off EHMA 2024. Enjoy a drink and some delicious appetizers while connecting with other attendees in a relaxed and informal setting. This is a great opportunity to break the ice and start building relationships with other professionals in the field.
The event will take place at the Conference venue, in the garden in front of the auditorium. The cocktail reception is open to all delegates who have registered to the EHMA Conference.
Social Dinner – Thursday, 6 June 2024
On the second day of the conference, join us for our social dinner, where you can enjoy deeper conversations with other professionals over an exquisite Romanian culinary experience.
This is the ideal setting to exchange views on the conference, talk about innovative research, and compare practices with professionals with diverse expertise. In short, the social dinner is organised to create meaningful connections that can last beyond the conference.
Exceptionally this year, the social dinner is open to all delegates who have registered to the Conference, and it is included in the registration ticket. EHMA will provide you with transport from the conference venue to the dinner venue and back.

Throughout the conference, take advantage of the breaks, including lunch, comfort and coffee breaks, to continue networking. These moments provide invaluable opportunities for more casual interactions. These networking breaks allow you to get to know your conference peers and continue to exchange ideas throughout the conference, building lasting connections.
